When sharing content, it’s very important to avoid making unrealistic promises or suggestions that could mislead clients, especially when it comes to quick profits or easy money through trading.

Trading isn’t a guaranteed way to make money, and any potential gains should never be portrayed as effortless or consistent.

It’s also important not to suggest that anyone can instantly reach the same level of expertise as a seasoned or professional trader. Trading takes time, learning, and practicing.

At HFM, we believe in empowering our clients with the right tools and knowledge. That’s why, when they are new to trading, we encourage them to explore our educational resources and start with a demo account to build their confidence before investing real funds.

Be Honest About the Risks

It’s important that clients never get the impression that trading CFDs guarantees any specific profit or return on investment. No matter the strategy, trading always involves risk and results can never be predicted with certainty.

When discussing strategies or market performance, always highlight that past performance is not a guarantee of future results and remind your audience that there’s a real risk of losing capital.

Rather than focusing on unrealistic or easy gains, encourage clients to invest their time in proper trading education. Building knowledge and skills is the best path toward becoming a confident and responsible trader.

Prohibited Content

In line with the values of the HFM brand, all marketing must be free of any misleading content.Statements should be balanced, in line with our brand and only reflect what is offered by HFM.

Misleading Content means any advertisement, communication, or promotional material that, through false statements, omissions, exaggerations, or unclear presentation, is likely to mislead or deceive the audience regarding the nature, characteristics, benefits, risks, or performance of a product or service.

  • Political and religious content: Any advertisement, communication, or promotional material that promotes, criticizes, or attempts to influence opinions regarding political parties, political figures, public policies, elections, government institutions, religious beliefs, religious organizations, or matters of faith.
  • Bait advertising: Any advertisement or promotional content that attracts users with products, conditions, or advantages that are unavailable, significantly limited, or replaced with a different offer after the user engages, in a way that is likely to mislead or manipulate the audience.
  • Unbiased comparisons: Comparisons must be based on accurate, verifiable information and not selectively highlight or omit facts in a way that could mislead the audience about the relative features, risks, benefits, or performance of the products or services being compared.
  • Absolute or guaranteed profit statements: all claims must be balanced with relevant risk disclosures.
  • Discriminatory Content: Content must not be insulting, racist, or grossly offensive.
  • Sexually Explicit Material: Any "sexually explicit" or pornographic content, including expressions of profanity, is banned.
  • Inappropriate Visuals: Profile pictures or promotional images cannot present minors (children) or contain graphic/gratuitous violence.

Copyrights

Avoid copyright violations when selecting names for your domain, channel and social media profiles, and when using HFM-related terms and keywords.

As an HFM Partner, you agree that you will not:

  • Register or use domains, subdomains, keywords, search terms or other identifiers containing HFM’s trademark(s), domains, (a part of the Advertiser’s name), trade names, name or any words or depictions confusingly similar to any of the aforementioned in any language without prior written consent.
  • Bid on or purchase internet placement rights for a similar domain name or any part or similarities thereof in any manner in any digital advertising and/or promotions, including but not limited to, internet and web advertising.
  • Include a similar domain name or any part thereof, or similar variations, translations or misspellings, in the meta tags of any web site code. This includes the meta title, meta keywords or meta description.
  • Purchase, obtain or use, directly or indirectly, any keywords from third party platforms so as to redirect traffic to the similar domain name.
  • Purchase a similar domain name or any part thereof, or any variations, translations or misspellings thereof, for use in text links, banner ads, pop-up ads or any other type of ad that could be associated with a keyword campaign.
  • Purchase keywords with reference to HFM and/or other misspellings of the name on pay-per-click search engines to drive traffic to your own website.
  • Purchase trademarks which include the word "HFM" in any language.
  • Bid or appear on misspells or variations of "HFM" brand searches.

Choosing Your Website Domain

When setting up your website domain, please avoid using the HFM brand name in your title. This helps prevent any confusion or the impression that your website belongs to the Company, and it also ensures we stay fully aligned with copyright rules.

Social Media Profile Names

When creating your social media profile, please don’t use the HFM brand name in your username or page title.

Brand Bidding

HFM Partners must not engage in brand bidding. This is the use of the HFM brand name in such a way that it competes with the company’s own paid search efforts and could cause confusion for clients.

When using major ad networks (e.g. Facebook, Google), it is prohibited to use brand keywords such as HFM, HF Markets and all variations of our brand names when running your campaigns.

Permitted Traffic Sources and GEO Targeting Rules

All traffic must come from acceptable sources. HFM is committed to promoting its services only to users who have given their consent to receive targeted ads. All traffic is monitored and any artificially inflated engagement metrics and low-quality traffic will be tagged as fraudulent and invalid. Registration of duplicate users under the same Partner is considered a primary indicator of invalid traffic.

Partners shall not undertake any marketing or advertising activities or attract any traffic from any country in which HFM does not offer its services:*

HFM does not accept clients from the USA, Canada, Sudan, Syria, Iran, North Korea, UAE, EEA, UK, Afghanistan, Australia, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, British Indian Ocean Territory, Burma, Congo (Republic of), Cuba, Cyprus, Eritrea, Eswatini, Guinea, Haiti, Kosovo, Libya, Mauritius, Myanmar, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Turkey, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Vanuatu, Yemen.

*The company reserves the right to change the restricted geographical regions (GEOs) at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.

Posting banners is easier than you might think! Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you get started:

Step 1:

Log in to your account and go to Marketing Tools under the Partners section.
From there, you can browse and choose from all the approved marketing materials available.

Step 2:

Want to post on social media?

Go to Marketing Tools, select Online Marketing Material, then Social Media Banners.

Click your social media platform to share your chosen banner.

Make sure you’re logged in to the account you want to post from, and it will be automatically posted to your social media page.

Posting on a website?

  • Select Banners.
  • Choose the size, category, and language from the dropdown menus.

Then click “Get Banner Code” to copy and paste it where you need.
